Elementale Designs jewelry pieces are handcrafted one at a time in my studio and I try to keep on hand a small stock of each item. Items in stock usually ship within 2 business days of purchase. Due to high demand, I may need a 3-5 business days lead time to produce your order. Each piece includes a myriad of different elements. In some rare instances, I may not have all the materials in stock and as such, will need to reorder. This can take upwards of 2 weeks, if from overseas. Additionally, some special beads and charms that I source are in very limited supply. I will find substitutes that will not compromise the beauty of the design. If the substitutes do not meet my aesthetic standards, I will no longer offer that piece on my website. Large orders of 5 or more items can take up to 3-5 weeks, although I will do my utmost to complete it sooner. During the Holiday season, it is important to get your orders in early so that we can meet your deadlines. Please specify if your order is needed by a specific date. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order is received. You will continue to receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped. Items are delivered directly to the United States Post Office for shipment via USPS First Class Mail and will include a tracking number. All orders are shipped FOB San Francisco, California, meaning once delivered to the United States Post Office I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. In shipping terms, this means that the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on my website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order if you have any changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods and should include photographs, to help substantiate your claims. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please handle your jewelry with care as impact on hard surfaces may cause the stones and beads to chip. Put lotions and perfumes on before your jewelry. Do not bathe or swim with your jewelry on. You can extend the life of your pieces by storing them flat. Most metals will tarnish & patina over time with exposure to air. Storing your jewelry in the sealed poly bag provided will help extend its pristine shine.
